How do I get to the Cahill Expressway? |

Public transport is the best and most convenient option for ticket holders to get to the Cahill Expressway. Please check the website www.131500.com.au or call the Transport Infoline on 131 500 for information about buses and trains running on New
Year's Eve and the closest train stations which will be open. |

Is parking available? |
| |
No. There is no general or disabled parking available at or near the Cahill Expressway. Extensive road closures are in place in and around the city of Sydney on New Year's Eve. Visit www.rta.nsw.gov.au/newsevents for further details about road

Where do I enter the Cahill Expressway? |
| |
Entry and exit to the controlled area of the Cahill Expressway is from the CORNER OF CONSERVATORIUM ROAD AND MACQUARIE STREET ONLY. The Cahill Expressway entry will be clearly marked. There will be no access available from either Cumberland Street steps, the Macquarie Street steps, Royal Botanic Gardens walkway or the Circular Quay elevators. |

What time do the entry gates open? |
| |
Gates open to the Cahill Expressway for the 9pm fireworks from 6:30pm to 8:50pm. Entry to the midnight fireworks is from 10:30pm to 11:50pm. |

Can I swap my tickets for the other session? |
| |
No. All of the tickets for the 9pm and midnight sessions have been allocated and the RTA can not organise ticket swaps. |

Are extra tickets available? |
| |
No. There are no extra tickets available in the lead up to New Year's Eve or on the night. |

Can I purchase tickets? |
| |
No. Tickets are not being sold. They have all been given away free of charge through a competition with the RTA. |

Can I bring seats or chairs to sit on? |

Yes. One small chair or seat per person is allowed. |

Yes. Prams and wheelchairs can be taken onto the Cahill Expressway. |

Can I bring food and drink on to the Cahill Expressway? |

Yes. Ticket holders may bring food and non alcoholic drinks into the controlled area, but glass containers and alcohol are not permitted. |

Will there be entertainment? |

Yes. There will be entertainment prior to each fireworks session. |

Food stalls and toilets, including two wheelchair accessible toilets, will be located in the centre of the Cahill Expressway. There will also be waste disposal facilities. Security and first aid assistance will be on hand. |

Where is the best viewing area on the Cahill Expressway? |
| |
The Cahill Expressway at Circular Quay provides unparalleled views of Sydney Harbour and the New Year's Eve fireworks at both 9pm and midnight sessions. Ticket holders are required to spread out across the entire area. |

What if it rains? |
| |
The event will still proceed in wet weather. As umbrellas are not permitted, it is recommended you bring rain jackets or ponchos to wear. |

You will find out if you have won tickets to New Year's Eve on the Cahill Expressway in mid December. Tickets are despatched via Australia Post. Winners will also be notified via email in early December. |

How many times can I enter the competition? |
| |
You may enter as many times as you like for either or both fireworks sessions, but you are only eligible to win one prize per household and per session. |

How is the competition drawn? |
| |
Winners are randomly drawn from the pool of entrants for each session. |

Can people who are not from NSW enter the draw? |
| |
No, this event is only open to NSW residents. |
